Shipping

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options regardless of location. Each day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, so it is very important that you submit correct and complete shipping information.

We ship within the USA and internationally using USPS, UPS and Impex Worldwide and DHL Worldwide.

Delivery of each order has two steps:

    • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality-checking, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed.
    • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International FREE shipping usually takes about 2-3 weeks depending on location sometimes sooner, on a rare occasion longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or lingering difficulties due to the pandemic. We will do our best to notify you of delays as soon as we are aware of them.

We will notify you via email when your order has been sent to the manufacturer and provide you with shipping confirmation and tracking number (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc).

Customs & Duty Fees

We are NOT liable for any custom or duty fees charged. If you are required to pay duties and customs we are under NO obligation to refund, pay, or reimburse. These are observed based on an individual country’s laws and international shipping guidelines and buyers must be responsible. If you are unsure if the particular item you are interested in qualifies for extra duty fees, contact your local post office to confirm and/or provide an estimate for the customs charges.

Signature at Delivery

Please Note- SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. Please track your package using the tracking number that will be sent to your email and sign for your package upon delivery. If you miss the Delivery Agent (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc), you will need to contact your local post office closest to you (for USPS packages), wait for redelivery, or call USPS/UPS/DHL to schedule redelivery of your package.
